For this program to have greater impact and to optimize resources, it will be broadcasted through the Association of Educational Televisions to allow access to their strategical partners all over the American Continent, regardless of their location, since it is broadcast by satellite. This Association groups around 160 institutions and 120 collaborators, as well as the Ministries of Education and Culture (eighteen), public and private universities, television channels, and nongovernmental organizations of Latin American and other countries.

The program is conceived as a tool for the advocacy and communication, information and training strategies of professionals in the field as well as parents of the boys and girls in early and preschool education. It is a means of generating knowledge and delivering it in an attractive manner to those who need it.

This is the time to share information on early childhood so that parents can press policymakers for quality policies. It is, as we understand it, a way of spreading significant learning and fostering communication so that it has a bigger impact on early childhood education.

The topics that we will deal with in the program are rather diverse since the first years of life must be dealt with in a disciplinary manner: education –in the widest sense of the term-, the importance of the physical environment of the child, values education as a means to reduce violence, family relationships, etc.
