All delegates who so wish can submit proposals for Presentations in the Open Forum on the main topics of the Conference.
The Planning Team will select the presentations according to the requirements listed below.
Due to time limitations, only a small selection of the proposals will be scheduled for their presentation at the Conference. In any cases, the organization reserves the right to include or not the paper in the Conference Book.
Requirements for Presentations in the Open Forum
Delegates interested in presenting papers in the Open Forum must be registered in the Conference and send the full text of the paper along with the information outlined below to the Technical Secretary of the Conference before February 15th, 2007.
The Planning Team, after evaluating all the proposals will communicate the acceptance either by phone or in writing. The exact timetable of presentations will be announced shortly before the Conference.
The only audiovisual equipment available is video-win (projection of a computer screen)
In any case, the organization reserves the right to publish lectures on appropriate medias.
Technical Requirements
The full text must be sent by E-mail in Word format for PC. The text can not exceed 30 pages. Illustrations and graphics must be submitted in JPEG format in separate files from the text, and clearly identified for their insertion in it.
Illustrations must be in JPEG format, maximum quality in separate files and clearly numbered for their insertion in the text. Any Illustration in a differet format will be eliminated from the text.
Footnotes should be numbered in the text and placed at the end of the text, not in each page.
Bibliography should be placed at the end of the text, after the notes. It should be organized in alphabetical order, by last name of the author, or first author if there is more than one. The title of the book should be in italics. If it is an article, it should be between quotation marks.
The author's photo(s) must be sent in JPEG format, maximum quality, as a separate file and clearly identified for their publication.
Any proposal that does not meet these requirements or arrives after the deadline will not be considered.
Informational Requirements
The paper must include the following information:
A. On the authors
Name and surnames of the authors
Full postal address and contact telephone numbers of the authors
Contact e-mail address of the authors
Conference registration number of each of the authors
Brief biographical information (15 lines) of each author and photo in JPEG format, maximum quality for publication purposes.

Abstract of no more than 15 lines for publication in the Conference guidebook
The only e-mail address for consultation and submittal of papers is:
