Project Management: a proven history of twelve years on project management, particularly in the following sectors: education, social, human development, peace education, democracy and anti corruption education, integrity, governance, advocacy, NGOs, civil society and human rights

Monitoring and Evaluation : Extensive M+E activities of developmental projects, mostly in socio-economic, child protection, community development, girls & youth education.

Project Backstopping: Conducted backstopping missions to various donors in the above fields

Research and Studies: Extensive knowledge and conducted a number of researches and work for NGOs sector in terms of: impact evaluation, needs assessment, designed and tailored training programs in the fields of strategic planning, proposal writing, income generating activities, communication skills, advocacy and effective networking, problems and conflicts solving, capacity building and institutional development.

Studies: Team-leader in a socio-economic study for Siwa Oasis in Egypt/Libya; participated in a study on women role in the Oasis overall development, participated in a study on father role in child development, resource person for the World Bank on Anti corruption related matters (effective governance, democracy and anti corruption education, anti corruption strategies)

Training: Designed and delivered number of ECE training programs for Italian NGOs network called APS (Italian Funded), worked on a hygiene promotion and ECD quality approaches (Dutch funded), worked as a team leader in a reproductive health impact evaluation study with CEDPA, New Horizon Program (USAID Funded), composed an Egyptian national directory on NGOs role in effective community development (Dutch Funded). Facilitated number of trainings on early democracy, integration and early childhood education, community mobilization and respect for diversity

Working Experiences with Executive Ministries: very good working relations with Ministry of Education, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Justice and People's Assembly, excellent working relations to more than 600 NGOs in Egypt , and a similar number in the MENA Region, Africa and EU.

Donors Experience : Good working relations with EU, Swiss and Danish Fund, Barnard van Leer Foundation, GTZ, KfW, World Bank, CIDA, Social Funds for Development; USAID.

Project Design and Negotiations with GoE : have been involved in several national projects design and negotiation with the Ministries of Social Solidarity, of Education and Ministry of Health such as: the social protection (World Bank), children of the Nile Program (Dutch Government), sustainable development of NGOs and social workers capacity building and empowerment program (Italian Cooperation), Step II Basic Education Reform (CIDA), social assessment, institutional assessment (EU), community school and effective school program (MOE), and Early Child Enhancement Project (MOE) health and hygiene in early years with the Ministry of Health.

A Resource person for MENA on Anti Corruption, participated in Bank's related events and participated in the development of the Bank's anti corruption strategy for Egypt/MENA.
